1972 Datsun 240Z - NFS
About 3 years ago I found this Z in CA. I had a friend that lived near and he checked it out and confirmed that it had no rust/rot. I flew out and drove her home to VA sight unseen. The car came with a L28 and 5 speed trans. Since owning it I have:
-Replaced all bushings with poly bushings.
-Powdercoated all suspension parts myself
-Replaced all wear parts on suspension and steering
-Installed T3 Coilovers
-Installed R180 from 05 STi with CV axles
-Stainless Steel brake lines
-Fender mirrors
-Minor interior/engine bay upgrades
This winter I plan to install a L28 I am rebuilding with a mild cam and higher compression pistons as well as servicing/rebuilding the 5 speed trans. If I have time, I may strip the exterior and send it off to get painted.
